Oh, sure. Clark will save him by using his powers really obviously right in Lex's face, knowing he and everyone else are doubting Lex's sanity, then disappear to make sure Lex seems to be ranting about a whole new batch of delusions.

Poor Lionel and Lex both needed hugs at the end of the ep so BAD, but there was this big pane of plexiglass keeping them apart!

It's all that evil doctor. I bet she's got Lionel drugged, too. Yeah, that's it...
