where you been at?
To anybody who's been wondering where I've gotten off to this past week-and-some: I haven't dropped off the face of the earth, and I haven't been ignoring you. Really. Much.
I've been writing, actually, a lot. Getting the Spike's birthdayfic written -- I finally finished drafting it Friday, and I'm hoping to have it edited and put up by tonight, at this point whether the other beta gets back to me or not. And I've been writing on other stories in the meantime, even.
I do miss chat, but man, I get so much more done this way.
And I realised last night that in my recent focus on "Despair" -- the birthday fic -- I'd completely neglected to make my final corrections to Parhelion (because I invariably find more things I want to tweak after posting fiction to LJ). So in the wee hours, this morning, I finally got it uploaded to the SSA. Parhelion, all cleaned up.
::gets back to work on yet more fic::
