Buggery is the Genus, of which Sodomy and Bestiality are the species.
I continue to write two different
yuletide stories, as well as assorted other WIPs. (What, me, have just one story in progress? Ahahahaha!)
I've also been rather under the weather the last few days, for those of you who care; my winter relapse finally progressed to the point that I couldn't put off going back on the continual-dose pain meds, in addition to the as-needed ones. This has led to a lot of being too spacey and/or drowsy and/or queasy to do anything at the computer for more than a few minutes at a time. The adjustment's mostly over with now... I think. I hope.
No finished fic to show yet. Soon. I hope.
I did, however, finally get my list of LJ interests done. They're on my profile page, along with a bit of tweaking to the way my LJ name is displayed.
In figuring out exactly which interests I wanted to include or exclude -- and this became quite the scarily involved process, Jack being as anal as Jack is -- I came across some cool communities I had previously overlooked, and joined up. I strongly encourage everyone to add their names to the LJ Gender Petition. There's no reason not to. Really.
I also came across a link to this interesting questionnaire for a study on "gender variant" folks and our experiences. Take it, those of you who fit the criteria (and you know who you are).
Quotation in subject line attributable to Thomas Jefferson. Makes you wonder what he really thought about Miscegenation...
