The only thing that really suprises me about the WWE's shameful publicity stunt is that no one got hit with a folding chair. (Don't they do that anymore?) Well, and I was a bit surprised to be as discomfited as I was by the crowd's persistent booing of what was quite obviously not a real gay couple.

If two wrestlers, or two athletes from any other sport, were to come out and proudly announce a real relationship, I'd be happy for them. This was a sick joke, and it made me sick.
