The only thing that really suprises me about the WWE's shameful publicity stunt is that no one got hit with a folding chair. (Don't they do that anymore?) Well, and I was a bit surprised to be as discomfited as I was by the crowd's persistent booing of what was quite obviously not a real gay couple.

I should've left Will & Grace on... or just turned the damned tube off.

Well, I'm in the 'disgusted and repulsed' category... I can't find it in myself to be 'happy' that gays, gay relationships and the notion of two people of the same sex making a life-long commitment to their relationship were held up for public ridicule for the sake of an odiously lame publicity stunt.

If two wrestlers, or two athletes from any other sport, were to come out and proudly announce a real relationship, I'd be happy for them. This was a sick joke, and it made me sick.
