the city of brotherly love

Sunday, the 25th, I'm leaving for a jaunt to Philadelphia. The bad news is, I'll be without 'net access while there (and hopefully this will not drive me completely insane). The good news is, in addition to getting to spend a week or so with one of my favourite cousins and her cheeky daughter, I'll be taking myself out to Morimoto, the Iron Chef Japanese's restaurant, and also meeting the very cool sidewinder, who is going to hook me up with Brimstone tapes and generally save me from dying of slash DTs.

So for those of you nowhere near Philly, I shall miss you, but I'll be back. And if there's anyone in that vicinity I've overlooked who might want to get together for drinks and drooling over pretty slashy boys, let me know in the next couple of days while I still have access to a computer.

Heh. "City of Brotherly Love." That always reminds me of those amazingly slashy old black-and-white Popeye cartoons -- y'know the ones I mean?
