buggeryI'm back from Manhattan (as of just before midnight last night) and GAYER THAN EVER.
The subject came up on my HPFZ post last week -- namely, is it possible to become more gay than one already is? The answer is yes, yes, ahhh, yes!
I had so much fun, I've been trying to figure out for about 18 hours now why I haven't been to a Pride Parade in almost a decade. The only thing I've been able to figure out is, maybe I'm stupid...
There's just nothing like having a complete stranger in a leather harness come up to you, tell you you're beautiful, suck on your neck, introduce their lover to you, then dance away again into the crowd. And that was just one high point out of at least five dozen over the course of the day.
Shout-out to my dearest Danny for helping me get around all day, even though he never reads my LJ, because he just deserves the praise.
