Beyond all the noises I made -- and they were legion -- what I enjoyed most about this is how it *feels* like the last page of a story. It flows pretty damned neatly, and hints at what came before as if there really *was* a story there.
Kind of what that 'last page' challenge I keep stumbling over probably should have been.
