She is, indeed, in Gotham Central. If you like her and can swing the $2.50 a month (which is the price of, like, a double cappuccino), I definitely recommend it. GC is also ideally suited to being the only Bat-title you read -- no need to get other books to follow storylines, as there's been no real overlap nor any sign of that happening in the future, though naturally Gotham's caped crusaders do appear from time to time. And the first several issues are coming out in a 'trade paperback' collection soon, which will help with the catching up. If you can't buy up any back issues right now, that's okay, too -- last month's issue (#15, cover date March) finished off the "Soft Targets" storyline, so #16 is a great place to start, and it just hit the stores Wednesday.
