I used to be terrible at writing anything quickly -- actually, no, I used to be wholly incapable of writing anything quickly. Eighteen months ago it took me at least a day just to write a drabble (if I was trying for a formal, precisely-100-words drabble) for wednesday100 most of the time. I cannot recommend highly enough writing with a partner for the purposes of honing your ability to crank it out faster.
As for my Robin issues... heh. I have lots of issues, most of which make for better auto-therapy than fictive drama if I work them out in story form. But Tim and his friends are certainly having lots of issues with his hanging up the cape (of course Tim and the others are real; fictional, but no less real for that), and there'as no way all of them will get worked out to anyone's satisfaction in canon.
Er. A shorter answer would be, yes, I'll be writing more Robin stories.
