In Australia, the only way to see any battish cartoon is to buy extremely overpriced and crappy cable television subscriptions. That or hang around the comic store 24/7 in the hopes that they'll tire of Star Wars extras and put cartoons on (which they do from time to time). So, alas! No The Batman for me.
That said, excuse me while I make high-pitched and emphatic glee-noises. In all worlds, in all realities, the unquiet spirit of Jason Todd is sitting just outside the frame and poking at the action and laughing.
As for the Cluemaster stuff, I am now imagining a tiny wee toon!Steph. And I am glee-ing more.
