Iconsses. (the Batman)
Mar. 30th, 2004 05:55 amThese are all taken from stills of the preview trailer that Kids' WB recently aired for The Batman, the new animated series coming this fall.
(Somebody gave me the link to the images I used, over the weekend, but I can't find either where the page was or who pointed me to it. If it was you, or you know the source site, please let me know so I can give proper credit.)
The identifying numbers on icons for sharing will be bolded; the numbers on claimed icons will becrossed out.

There weren't that many stills to work with -- the trailer itself was pretty short -- so I apologise for the lack of variety.

slodwick claimed one of the icons in the set before this post even went live, so it's not included here, but you can see it in her GIP post. Wish you could have first choice on future icon sets? Making nummy Bat-art or writing nummy Bat-porn will encourage me to offer it to you, if you also make your AIM screenname public.
I haven't looked around to see whether anybody else has done a set like this, so if you (or someone else) has already made an icon substantially similar to any of these, let me know and I'll take my version down if the other iconner so desires.
Feel free to modify, caption, animate, etc. at your discretion... if you want one of these altered but lack resources to do it yourself, ask in the comments and I'll see what I can do.
Credit in keywords and/or first post with icon appreciated, but not necessary.
As usual, first come, first served. Please say whether you are willing to share an icon or want to claim it for your exclusive use; if you don't specify, the icon will be flagged for sharing. Also please check the comments to be sure no one else has already claimed (or is sharing) any icons you want, since I can't be online to update the shared andclaimed markers 24/7. Finally, please limit yourself to 2 or 3 icons until everyone's had a chance at them (exception for those wanting multiple blanks for the purpose of making their own animated icon, who may share up to five in that case but still not claim more than two).

Date: 2004-03-30 03:21 pm (UTC)A lot of the art does look very clean and stylised, where it's not deliberately sketchy (what are either actual production-notes sketches, or drawn to look like they are). We'll have to wait and see what the actual cartoon looks like...
