I was thinking of Captain Cod having more of a fish theme and an odor of bacalao, but really, there's no reason not to combine the ideas. The captain Cod costume could feature an enormously oversized codpiece... shaped like a leaping, open-mouthed cod.

And we thought Dick's and Jason's Robin uniforms were distracting...
